There is something about the recent Acura design language that has truly failed to resonate with us. In fact, many of the recent Acura designs refuse to utilize a look that is even remotely curvaceous, preferring the harsh lines and rakish angles found in a geometry diagram. From a design perspective Acura have done an excellent job putting together a cabin that encompasses varying degrees of comfort, luxury, and space.
While it might not espouse the same feelings of luxury you would find from a comparable Lexus, Audi, or BMW, the Acura TSX features a smartly designed cabin with a great deal of amenities one would expect. Honda, and by extension Acura, have garnered a reputation based on build quality for years now and the TSX happily carries on that tradition. Both the three-spoke steering wheel and center console are filled with an excessive amount of buttons, more so the center console.
Our TSX Special Edition included little touches like aluminum pedals and red interior stitching that helps lend a greater degree of sportiness and personality to an already excellent cabin. In fact, if we are going to be honest —and we are — while the TSX sports a decent amount of standard tech features, we were left pretty disappointed by them.
When we did finally get our phone paired, making calls was easy, but again the voice recognition software suffered under our non-regional diction really!? Our review unit consisted of the former and offered up a respectable amount of power when pressed out of the gate. Instead, the TSX prefers to operate in a more subdued and calculated manner.
Still, those yearning for more gas-guzzling gravitas will want to opt for the V6. Unfortunately, where the Acura fails to meet our expectations comes by way of its fuel economy. Factor that this is with premium gasoline and a six-speed manual and the TSX ultimately drops the ball. For comparison, a Audi A4 with quattro all-wheel-drive and a 2.
For all its faults the TSX exhibits excellent road manners and cornering, maintaining excellent grip on the road when tasked with keeping ready and rigid. When it comes down to it, the Acura TSX is a four-star vehicle living in a five-star world. This sedan will definitely fun to ride with its sporty exterior and comfortable seats in the interior. I hope to see more from it, especially the speed and acceleration time.
The entire gestures of the car made it look extremely aggressive and very powerful built right on its sporty look. For me, This just simply amazing!
TSX was so simple and ordinary, the sleek body paint of this car, only gives the sophisticated and classy look on it. The handling seems so nice also. I find this car too plain for a special edition category automobile. No additional design or any unique to the eye concepts. But I have to agree that this car is reliable. Anyway, its sleek body paint is fine, and the interior upgrades are good. With the high and good features of exterior and interior parts are enough for me.
This is really my dream car, because of the style. I have to agree with you James Ingram. The practicality and reliability of this vehicle are the most important. The good thing about this Acura is that it still looks so practical and very reliable even though it is a special edition which is mostly for the other car manufacturer it needs to be overdressed. The important is its practicality on everyday transportation.
I love the sporty interior of this TSX, and I must say that even though it only had a simple styling and detailing, it is still looks so classy because on its sleek body paint. Well, just appreciate the other good features of it guys! I think for a special edition this one is so simple and ordinary, but I must say that its sleek body paint of it gives the classy looks of it.
I also noticed that it had a boring interior. This may not be the most interesting car concept for I have seen and known branded cars that spice up their features even if I look to its interior and exterior. Even-so being a sporty concept of this car give only simplicity to the beauty to the car. It looks great on its sleek body paint, and though I noticed that the interior of this one was looking so simple and ordinary on its interior touch, but I must say that I love its awesome dashboard.
It is nice to see this TSX Special Edition, I like the the upgrades made on its inside and out appearance and configuration. The platform design and styling that this TSX was so simple and ordinary, the sleek body paint of this car, only gives the sophisticated and classy look on it. The car has good features and color is good.
The simple color red of the car is one of the best color of the car and the angst of this car still remain. The car have good complement and indeed blend with every materials and details that controls the total appearance of the car its simple color give emphasis to its plat-from though its not very appealing at all.
