Es ist nicht empfehlenswert, mehr als nur eine einzige Antivirensoftware auf dem Computer zu installieren. Malware Viren, Spyware usw.

Note: Please go through the Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting section in the clean boot article to boot the computer in normal startup after performing a clean boot.
I did not try any of the fixes that Alden Rey or you suggested; I haven't used that computer in a week because of the issues I'm having. I then need to do a hard reboot, Although I bought the computer in February, I can count on two hands how many times I've used it; it's been like this since almost day one. This computer is a big disappointment. I have antivirus software, I believe it's windows defender, I do run scans and I do update the computer every chance I get.
Now last weekend was brutal and I lost allot of work repeatedly that I had to do over. I'm at my wits end that's why I haven't used it. At least they work. I'm 54 years old and this is not acceptable, I needed this computer for work at home on the weekends and for school believe it or not. Now, next week I'm going to try these fixes unless there's anything you can suggest based on the additional info I provided.
I do not have time tomorrow to work on this as I have a very busy week ahead and I need a computer that actually works. I'm also a share holder. I expected alot more from Windows We appreciate the update, RPP.
The computer sounds problematic and a handful, and we can understand your frustrations. The multiple issues that you experience at the same time can be caused by corrupted system files. Aside from the earlier recommendations that we provided, we also suggest that you perform an in-place upgrade. By performing an in-place upgrade, you will clean up the system which may help resolve some troubles with your desktop. If you happen to have an NVidia graphics card, you really need to make sure you download the NVidia Control Panel program and keep it up to date.
Check out my previous post on automatically updating your Windows drivers. For example, if you have a Crucial SSD, you can download their storage executive software to do this for you.
Finally, you should update your BIOS in a situation like this. Check out my post on determining whether or not you can update the BIOS. If you happen to notice that the problem only occurs when you are copying or moving large files or doing anything that requires extensive use of the hard disk, then the issue could be related to the paging file.
This is especially true if you are using an SSD on your system. You can check the paging file by going to Control Panel, then System , clicking on Advanced System Settings , clicking on the Advanced tab, then clicking on Settings , clicking on the Advanced tab again, then clicking Change under Virtual Memory.
In a previous article, I give some tips on optimizing the paging file , which in most cases I would recommend, but for this issue, I suggest you keep the paging file on the same partition as the Windows OS and allow Windows to automatically manage the size of the paging file. It can be the case that Windows 10 is not causing the problem, but some external device is.
A good way to test this is to disconnect any and all devices from the computer and then boot up. You should disconnect all USB devices, including the mouse and keyboard. I would suggest getting a different mouse and keyboard and trying that just to rule out external devices completely before moving on.
This one is a little harder to detect and usually harder to fix too.
